2021 Annual General Meeting

As a member of the Downtown Whitby BIA, you are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting on December 14, 2021, at 6:30 pm. The meeting will be held via Zoom.

The purpose of this meeting is to inform the members of the Downtown Whitby BIA’s programming and budget for 2022. This programming is paid for by a special levy charged to you as well as other commercial and industrial property owners and non-residential tenants of such properties.

To register for this year’s Annual General Meeting, please visit this Google Form and fill out the requested fields.

This information will serve as proof of BIA membership and is required in order for you to vote at the meeting. Only members of BIA and legal representatives of BIA members are eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting. No person in attendance shall have more than one vote.
